Payment Method

1. Once you have completed the booking form, you can make payment to guarantee the reservation.
Please click on “BUY NOW “Button , fill your credit card details and press submit.

**Once the payment is confirmed, we will send you the voucher(s) within 2 hours **

2. If the requested tour is cancelled due the weather, you can get 100 % refund back to your credit card.

Our refund policy is a 100% refund if canceled up until 1 month of the date you are booked to come and 50% if you cancel between 48h and 1 month before the date of your trip. Cancelation of your booking less than 48 hours before or no show is no refund. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel due to bad weather, we will attempt to reschedule or offer you a full refund. 

Your payment will be secured protection by a validated Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), certificates capable of 128-bit encryption where you can safely enter your credit card details in an encrypted environment. We value your privacy and will not share your personal information.

Cancellation policy:

We do not charge for bookings that has not been confirmed. You will be change once the booking confirmed. However, if you wish to cancel your reservation once you have done the payment. Kindly find details below. 

If you cancel:

Cancellations more than 30 days of the trip, no charge.
*
Cancellations within 30 days-48 hours of the trip, 50% of the total cost will be charged.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the trip, 100% of the total cost will be charged.

If we cancel the trips due to bad weather then you will not be charged. If a deposit has been taken, the money will be refunded.

Refund Policy

Cancellations Made in Advance

• 100% Refund – For cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled trip date.

• 50% Refund – For cancellations made between 48 hours and 30 days before the trip.

Cancellations Less Than 48 Hours Before Trip or No-Show

• No Refund – Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the trip or for no-shows.

Cancellations Due to Weather

• If we must cancel your trip due to bad weather, you can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

• No refunds are issued once the trip has started.

Last-Minute Illness or Inability to Attend

• We are unable to offer refunds or rescheduling for last-minute illnesses or failure to attend, as all services are pre-arranged and paid in advance.

• A new reservation and full payment will be required to reschedule.

Special Conditions

 

Children

• Children under 3 years: Free of charge

• Children aged 10 and above: Full price

Pregnant Women

• We cannot accept bookings for pregnant women due to safety and insurance regulations.

• If a reservation is made without informing us of a pregnancy and you are refused entry to the boat or transfer, no refund will be issued. It is your responsibility to notify us in advance.

Wildlife & Natural Conditions

• We cannot guarantee sightings of monkeys, sharks, turtles, dolphins, or clear snorkeling visibility. Nature is unpredictable and uncontrollable. No refunds or compensation can be offered for such circumstances.

National Park Closures

• Access to Maya Bay or Bamboo Island may be restricted or closed by the authorities due to strong winds or other conditions.

• We cannot offer compensation or refunds in such cases.

How do I book?


Once you have decided to book the tour, kindly proceed with a booking by  click on the “BOOK  NOW”  button . Once the booking is completely submitted, make secure online payment and we will send you the confirmation voucher within 2 hours.

Is my booking available?

Once the booking is submitted, we will process your reservation immediately. In most cased all booking are available and confirmed. Otherwise indicated in the email.

What if I don’t hear from you after I have made the booking request?

We respond to all booking requests immediately inmost cases.

Hotmail/Yahoo addresses
If you have a Hotmail or Yahoo email address, please check your junk mail folder as these providers often send emails/PDF’s straight there and not to your inbox.

What if I have special requests?

You can add special request on the booking form. We will do our best to success your request.

Are there any additional charges or hidden costs?

No there are no hidden costs.

I do not like giving my credit card details online.

To assure that your credit card is safely submitted, we use Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL), and public-key security. During transmission of your credit card details, the encryption software will transfer your information from your browser to our server in an encrypted form that eliminates any possibility of the information being intercepted en route over the internet.  We use PAYPAL.com.

What if I need to cancel or amend my booking?

Customer can cancel booking made, please just simple contact us via email. The refund/fee will be advised via email.
