Check-in for the boat transfer is required 30 minutes before departure at the main pier on Phi Phi Island.
Once you purchase your ticket online, you’ll receive an electronic booking confirmation. Your travel voucher will be sent to you via WhatsApp messenger.
Important Note
Speedboats are not suitable for infants or pregnant women.
Children under 3 years old can join free of charge.
Please be aware: If you book without informing us about your pregnancy and are refused entry to the boat, no refund will be provided.
Refund Policy for All Transfers
Cancellations Made in Advance:
100% Refund for cancellations made more than 1 month before the scheduled trip date.
50% Refund for cancellations made between 48 hours and 1 month before the scheduled trip date.
Cancellations Less Than 48 Hours Before the Trip or No-Show:
No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the trip or for no-shows.
Cancellations Due to Weather:
If we need to cancel your trip due to bad weather, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Please note: Once your trip has started, no refund can be provided.
Last-Minute Illness or Inability to Attend:
Unfortunately, if you become ill or are unable to attend at the last minute, no refund or rescheduling can be offered, as all services are pre-booked and paid for.
If you wish to reschedule for another day, a new reservation and full payment will be required.
